Leadership by Design was founded by Dr. Jim Schroeder in 1999 with the goal of focusing on the individual and collective strengths of individuals and organizations. His thirty-year career includes working in private practice as a general dentist, teaching as an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, and leading his private consultancy firm where he and his team serve as advocates for personal and organizational development.
